Safety Camp

Off-piste skiing is the ultimate sporting adventure. However steep slopes and untouched powder snow require a certain knowledge of the mountains, the ability to assess the conditions and most importantly, what to do when things go wrong! In our camp, we address the important issue of avalanche safety and learn to assess the avalanche danger.

We also cover the search and rescue techniques and the use of avalanche equipment. All courses take place in the off-piste areas of Alpbach.
